We turned a supper club into an adventure…

We've always believed that food and stories live side by side. So we brought two grandmas (one from Cairo, one from Port Saïd) to cook up a joint supper club.

But a meal like that doesn't belong in just any venue. It belongs in the city it comes from.

So we turned it into a Hekayyatna Field Trip: we put everyone on a bus from Cairo, loaded up with breakfast and snacks, and made a day trip to Port Saïd.

We spent the morning and afternoon on a city tour with StaBene Port Said, getting to know the city: its architecture,
its history, its edges.

Then: free time & activities to get to know one another. Some wandered, some chilled.
Port Saïd is the kind of place that rewards you for slowing down.

Then, reason we came.

Two grandmas, two kitchens but one long table. For sharing stories, opinions, laughs.

And plenty of snacks along the way.

We closed the night with a semsemiyah concert, and headed back to Cairo full, nourished, and carrying new connections.
